Timber
- Frames & Trusses – LOSP – Treated Pine
- Frames at internal sliding doors 90mm – for additional strength
- Gable infills with solid timer to be stained

- Plaster linings to wall and ceilings, 90mm cove cornice throughout
- Ceilings to alfresco and verandah area’s are set plasterboard not AC Sheeting with visible join strips
