Activity Constructions is based in Yeppoon, and can undertake jobs in roughly a 100km radius from here, including Rockhampton.

We’re part of the HIA and can of course undertake major extensions and renovations, but have carved a niche in designing and building fantastic new homes.

We’re putting local knowledge to good use, providing all the features you’d want from a new home at the gateway to the tropics. Air-con, tinted glazed windows, raked ceilings, solar-heating, pools, outdoor decking & entertaining areas. You name it. There’s actually very little we can’t do for you.

It doesn’t matter what sort of block you’ve got. We’re not afraid to tackle any sort of terrain and any sort of request when it comes to realising your dream. We’ve installed lifts, built on steep slopes, and eat multi-stories for breakfast. Our unique designs will reduce your initial costs by taking into account the specifics of your site and tailoring it to suit.

Whatever the project, we sit down and talk it through, plan it through, and basically get it right from the start. Activity Constructions will quite literally work from the ground up, covering everything from design, clearing the block, foundations, assembly, brickwork and roofing all the way through to the interiors of plumbing, electrical and finishing work. We can even keep up the momentum and give you a driveway and landscaping. And because we site-manage all the trades and subcontractors, there’s no hassle and you’ll get more done for your dollar.
