Hi. My name is Gary Davies, owner of Activity Constructions. For more than 25 years we’ve built a proud record of workmanship in New South Wales, and now we’re excited about bringing our quality services and unique design features to the Central Queensland coast.

It’s a busy time for the housing industry, and whether you’re looking at building your first home or knocking out your third, the options and size of the task can seem overwhelming. And because every block and every person is different, you need a team that can handle any scenario thrown at them. Activity Construction will ensure that the finished result you’ve got in mind will not only be realised by our skilled tradesmen, it’ll be exceeded.

A carpenter by trade, I’ve spent my life on building sites and there’s not a lot I haven’t seen. For this reason, when you put your faith in me, you’re not only getting three decades of experience, but the peace of mind that only total builder supervision can bring. Over the years I’ve managed my fair share of projects, and the key to success every time is communication. I make it a priority that I am approachable throughout the job, with the aim to keep you informed of the progress every step of the way. With my team of qualified specialists, we’ll never lose sight of the fact that we’re building the home YOU want.

We’ve got stacks of ready-to-go designs (with more being added all the time) that will maximize your block’s size, slope and views. Alternatively, if you’ve got your own wish list, no problem. We can also assist with the design and planning.
